RECONCILE is working in collaboration with ILRI to deliver on the Livestock, Climate and
System Resilience (LCSR) -Project in Baringo and Wajir counties. The project builds on the
gains and lessons learnt in the implementation of the Piloting the Participatory Rangelands
Management (PRM) Project in Baringo. It will be informed by the 3 stages and steps 8 steps of
PRM. key activities will focus on; Scoping study to identify location(s) for new PRM, Piloting of
PRM in new site(s), Strengthening of PRM in already-established sites (Baringo), Piloting of
Participatory Land Use Planning (PLUP), Facilitation of baseline and landscape studies in PRM
sites and Research on conflict and land.
